Day 1
Arrive in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Night in Nairobi.
Day 2
Giraffe Centre

"Karibu” Welcome breakfast, Giraffe Center Sheldrick's Elephant Orphanage, MattBronze, Utamaduni Craft Centre and lunch.
Night in Nairobi.
Day 3
Train and Kiboko
Take the Madaraka Express SGR train from Nairobi to Kibwezi, where you will be met by Paul, our charter bus driver. From here take a 45-minute bus ride to our next overnight in Twaandu. Relax on 25 acres of exotic lush gardens and a beautiful pool.

Day 4
Makindu Children's Center
Makindu Children's Center Welcome Ceremony
Enjoy a traditional meal with the children. Visit a child's home and learn about the plight of an AIDS orphan and the difference we make. Be prepared to be wrapped in joy.

Day 5 – 9
Maasai Mara Conservancy
Drive to Nairobi and depart on an afternoon flight aboard a bush plane to the North Mara. Our focus for the next 5 days will be on epic morning and evening safaris. We'll awaken before sunrise each morning to a hot cup of tea or coffee before heading out into the bush. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, Picnic in the Mara under an Acacia tree, shop at a local Maasai market, take a bush walk, visit the White Rhino Sanctuary and be ready to be surprised by some local traditions. Relax at your camp and enjoy the 100 resident hippos from your veranda. There are no boundaries or fences in this camp. This is the richest game viewing section of the entire Maasai Mara. Many documentaries have been filmed here. Also, please note that we are staying in a conservancy and have access to land that the general public cannot be on.

Day 10 – 12
"Kwheri" to Maasai Mara – Jambo to Zanzibar
After a morning game drive, we continue our adventure flying to Zanzibar where we enjoy island life on the shores of the pristine Indian Ocean. Relax under the stars in our oceanfront accommodations, take a swim in clear turquoise-blue waters, fish, snorkel, dive, beach walk, canoe, birdwatch, kite board, enjoy our view of the archipelago of the Indian Ocean, dine on exotic local cuisine, and take a private Dhow sail (traditional Swahili sailing boat). You will be free to decide what activities to schedule. Because of the diversity, we will be treated to comfort, safety, intellectual stimulation and, if desired, a dash of adventure.

Day 13
Stone Town
On route to Stone Town, stop for a fun spice tour. Explore the World Heritage Site of Stone Town, Zanzibar City’s old quarter. Smell the exotic aromas, shop at Darajani Bazar. Visit the home of Freddie Mercury, and go to the slave museum. Charming architecture and delicious local cuisine will make Zanzibar one of the most evocative destinations in Africa. Exotic Celebration Dinner.
1 night in Stone Town.
Day 14: Stone Town – Fly to Nairobi – Jomo Kenyatta Airport
Stroll along Stone Town’s seafront promenade smelling spiced tea and hot chapattis, hearing the call to prayer echo out from the nearest mosque, bask in the sun and be greeted warmly by every local you meet.
Fly back to Nairobi and prepare for your flight back home or on to Rwanda for Gorilla trekking.
